Can you get eggshells without eggs? Obviously you certainly need eggs.
I advise you get eggs fresh from farm if possible. And get the egg of chickens not fed with soy. Shells of egg of chickens fed with soy-free feed is more calcium-rich than the egg produced by chickens fed with soy. Not only that even the content of the egg is richer for you.
Shell of egg of soy-free fed chickens are thicker and denser than that of the soy fed chickens!
The denser the eggshell, the more the calcium content.
These eggs may cost you a bit of dollar more but it is much cheaper than buying calcium tablets.
